Account information

At signup, Cobalt Corporate collects your name, email address, password in securely hashed form, acceptance record, and security event information.

How it is used

We use this information to create and protect your account, verify your email, provide the platform, prevent abuse, and maintain a security audit trail.

Partner sharing

Account registration does not automatically share your information with a partner. Relevant information is shared only when you intentionally request a connection or service workflow, subject to the notices and permissions shown at that time.

Future information

Company records, identity documents, beneficial-owner information, and mobile verification will be governed by specific onboarding notices and access controls before those modules are introduced.

This initial notice documents the product’s privacy design and must receive final privacy and legal review before paid services launch.
